Leidsche Rijn heeft sinds 2002 een wijkraad. De wijkraad is permanent op zoek naar nieuwe leden en wil graag de bewoners uit heel Leidsche Rijn vertegenwoordigen.

De wijkraad is onafhankelijk van de gemeente Utrecht, maar is natuurlijk wel bedoeld om B&W advies te geven in het kader van beleid om bewoners meer zeggenschap te geven.
