Forum ’t Zand is een voorziening voor de wijk Het Zand in Leidsche Rijn. In het gebouw zijn de basisscholen montessorischool Arcade en openbare school Het Zand te vinden, een vrije tijdscentrum en kinderopvang van Doenja Dienstverlening en Doenja Kinderopvang en een sporthal van de gemeente. Tot 2010 zijn bovendien het Cultuurhuis Leidsche Rijn en een gezondheidscentrum in Forum 't Zand gehuisvest.
